Manage QA functions to satisfy customer’s quality requirement and drive quality improvement
?Ensure compliance with Regulatory Requirements and customer standards, solve the quality issue and is able to provide the solution or suggestion to all SKX factories when any quality issue happened
?Responsible for all QA functions, ensure products are inspected thoroughly and using the right method, Manage QA team workload in the most efficient way
?Manage New Product approval and work with customers on Quality alignment upfront
?Drive Quality Improvement to eliminate defects from production and operation
?Formulate Quality Plan and Reliability Test Plan to meet Product Specification and Customer Requirement
?Support product failure analysis for field returns, formulate Corrective and Preventive action
?Work with OEM production teams/ well selected subcontractor partners to improve quality
?Initiate and follow-up in department QA associates continuous improvement, upgrading their level
?Provide support and training to the factories for quality improvement, analyze the performance of the team member, provide guidance or training to them when needed
?Report to Management for any issues/progress in the factory and provide any other reports to Management as requested
?Other responsibilities and ad hoc projects will be added as driven by business when necessary

1. Bachelor degree, Must have high ethics and integrity
2. Positive, assertive, and ready to take initiative to solve problems
3. Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and good team player
4. 6 years plus quality related experience about textile/garment , at least 3 years in supervisor/manager position.
5. Worked in the factory or managed the factory is preferable
6. Management ability and good interpersonal communication skills, strong sense of team.
