Compensation & Benefits:
1. Collect, check and summarize monthly salary related data to ensure data accuracy.
2. Maintain and update employees’ data base.
3. Maitain and run different required reports and analysis according to superior’s requirements to support business operations.
4. Act as a contact window with HR agency to deal with employees’ on boarding, exiting process.
5. Preparing employees’ certifications, including Employment Letter, Exit Certification etc.
6. Collabrating with the whole HR team on documentations preparation whereas needed.
Staffing and Recruitment:
1. Help to arrange the interviews with respectively superior.
2. To handle the new staff on-boarding process, check relevant documents for internal access open; follow up with the required HR documentation for the purpose of issuing new hired staff a smooth on boarding process etc.
3. To handle the exiting process by preparing release letter, checking sign-off sheet; keep departments informed of exiting information.
Others:
Filing and maintain employees’ files. ·
