Main ResponsibilitiesPrioritize telephone screening, meetings scheduling and arrangements, filing, typing, translations, doing expenses claims, etc. Select and book hotel, accommodation and transportation.Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, agenda/minutes of meetings.Organize business meeting, make meeting minutes and follow up appointed projects in an effective and timely manner.Maintain smooth communication with time management skills between PM(Plant Manager), COR (Director) and their subordinate team to ensure assigned task are completed before deadlines.Prepare and organize and key events and meetings internally and externally. Establish and maintain confidential files and reports for PM and COR.Act as a communication bridge with other management team members. Visitors’ arrangement / organization. Job RequirementsBachelor degree or above. At least 3 years working experience as executive/director assistant in multinational company.Excellent English ability in both writing and oral.Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.Mature personality with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Self-independent and highly motivatedSelf-confident and very well organizedGood planning, coordination and problem solving skills.
