职责描述：1.Job Description: Responsible for the creation of winning solutions based on end user needs, market & technology trends. Solutions range from Fiber Gateways to Wi-Fi Mesh Extenders and 5G FWA solutions. As an architect, you stay familiar with the latest technology trends and the roadmaps of the silicon and technology partners. You define and defend wining technical solutions (hardware block diagrams, new mechanical concepts,....) in-line with the defined cost targets to our customers.2.Job Scope:2-1 Build up a deep understanding of market and technology trends. Use that know-how in combination with vision/creativity to create winning solutions.2-2 Support the bid phase: creation of wining solutions (technical and cost).2-3 Evangelize our solutions to customers and partners. As a key member of the customer facing team, target customer satisfaction and award of new business.任职要求：1. Bachelor or Master degree in IT/EE or equivalent2. Successful (hardware) engineering track record with 'an eye for cost' is a must3. Experience with Fiber, Wi-Fi, Docsis, 4G/5G,… technologies is a strong plus4. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English)5. Positive attitude, resilience, out-of-box thinking, ability to work under pressure and ability to guide a multidisciplinary team are strong plusses
