Job Summary: We are looking for a Commodity Manager who will manage and implement supply chain strategies for Indirect Commodities in China. The role will coordinate indirect procurement process, work closely with related function resources on purchase through electronic bidding. This role will constantly optimize the process through continuous improvement to achieve optimum result for the organization. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage indirect purchase following AP Indirect Procurement Guideline. Implement supply chain strategies to meet manufacturing needs and business objectives. Identify and implement cost containment opportunities using total cost of ownership analysis. Contract negotiation and administration. Leads E-Sourcing events including spend analysis, RFQ strategy, supplier selection, bid analysis, award strategy, and implementation. Maintain price list and prepares reports as directed. Lead sourcing and supplier qualification for Wuqing new campus. To perform any other tasks as assigned. Who You Are: You take action quickly in constant fast paced and unexpected situations. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward and make sound decision even in the absence of complete information. You build partnerships and collaborative work to achieve target objectives. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in Category Management, managing Building & Construction and Facility Equipment investment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
